The UFC announced last week that Stephan Bonnar will meet middleweight champion Anderson Silva in a light heavyweight bout in the UFC 153 and he is in training for the biggest fight of his career.
Bonnar decided to do some “training” while on the boat and fishing. Check out his “training” below:
