UFC officials announced the change on Tuesday and the new fight will likely be apart of the preliminary card.

UFC Fight Night 31: Fight for the Troops 3 will take place on November 6th from Fort Campbell, Kentucky and will be headlined by Lyoto Machida making his UFC middleweight debut against Tim Kennedy.

Houston (4-0) has won his last three fights by TKO/KO in the first round and his last two fights have lasted less than one minute. He was scheduled to make his UFC last month, but a medical issue forced him to pull out of the fight.

Brunson (10-2) entered the UFC at the end of last year after winning three of his four fights in Strikeforce. His debut came at UFC 155 against Chris Leben and he won the fight by unanimous decision. He had been booked for bouts earlier this year but the books were scratched due to injuries suffered by him or his opponent.
