A middleweight bout has been added to the Bellator 115 card on April 4th in Reno as season nine tournament finalist Mikkel Parlo will meet Bellator newcomer Johnny Cisneros.
Parlo announced the fight on his Facebook page on Tuesday and sources have confirmed the fight booking with TheMMAReport.com.
Bellator 115 will come from the Reno Event Center on April 4th and will be headlined by Vitaly Minakov making his first heavyweight title defense as he is challenged by season nine tournament winner Cheick Kongo.
Parlo (11-2) is a two time middleweight tournament participant and was defeated in the final of the season nine tournament in November against Brennan Ward. Prior to the defeat to Ward, he defeated Bellator veteran Brian Rogers and submission specialist Jason Butcher by unanimous decision.
Cisneros (8-2) will be making his Bellator debut in the fight and his last eight fights have taken place in King of the Cage. After dropping back to back fights in last 2012 and early 2013, he earned a victory in late October as he defeated Melvin Costa by unanimous decision.
