Along with the featherweight title fight, the co-main event will also be a title fight as Dave Branch meets Jesse Taylor for the inaugural World Series of Fighting middleweight title.

It was his second straight win to come by guillotine choke submission and both of those wins have come in the World Series of Fighting. Glenn (14-2-1) was supposed to take on Karakhanyan for the inaugural title last year, but an injury pulled him out of the bout. He is currently on a seven fight winning streak and is last win came in September against Artur Rofi.

Branch (13-3) has won five of his last six fights and all of his wins in the World Series of Fighting have come by unanimous decision. His last win came against Danillo Villefort and the victory secured his spot into this inaugural middleweight title fight. Taylor (27-9) is currently on a seven fight winning streak and four of those wins have come by submission. He punched his ticket into this title fight by defeating Elvis Mutapcic in December at World Series of Fighting 7.
