The fight booking was recently announced by the UFC and this fight will likely be placed on the preliminary card.

UFC 175 will come from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas on July 5th and is scheduled to be headlined by Chris Weidman defending the UFC middleweight title against former light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida.

Camozzi (19-7) was scheduled to fight Andrew Craig at UFC Fight Night 39 earlier this month, but Craig was pulled from the fight on weigh-in day when he came down with an illness. Camozzi will be looking to snap a two fight losing streak in this fight as his last win came at UFC 158 last year against Nick Ring.

Santos (13-1) made his UFC debut last year when he faces Krzysztof Jotko at UFC Fight Night 33 and he was defeated by unanimous decision. It was his first fight in nearly two years as his previous fight took place in early 2012 as he won a decision against Giva Santana in Bellator.

The current UFC 175: Weidman vs. Machida fight card is below.

Chris Weidman (11-0) vs. Lyoto Machida (21-4)
Ronda Rousey (9-0) vs. Alexis Davis (16-5)
Uriah Hall (8-4) vs. Thiago Santos (9-2)
Chris Camozzi (19-7) vs. Bruno Santos (13-1)
