The event will come from the Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, California and will be headlined by the season nine middleweight and welterweight tournament finals.

In addition to the two tournament finals on the main card, the other two fights that will air on Spike TV will be a welterweight bout as Phil Baroni makes his Bellator debut against Karo Parisyan and Liam McGeary meets Egidijus Valavicius in a light heavyweight tournament semifinal bout.

The other light heavyweight tournament semifinal bout will headline the preliminary card on Spike.com as Kelly Anundson meets undefeated Brazilian Philipe Lins. Bellator had previously announced four other preliminary bouts and today they announced two new fights for the preliminary card. Linton Vassell will look for his second win in Bellator as he meets Virgil Zwicker in a light heavyweight bout and undefeated heavyweight Augusto Sakai faces Matt Frembling.

“From top to bottom, we’re bringing a loaded card to our second home at the beautiful Pechanga Resort & Casino July 25th,” Bellator Chairman & CEO Bjorn Rebney said. “We’ve got two spectacular tournament final fights that headline the show, two amazing semi-finals in our Light Heavy Weight tournament and a battle between two great names in MMA, with the Bellator debut of “The New York Bad Ass” Phil Baroni facing the resurgent and focused Karo “The Heat” Parisyan. And, on top of that we’ve got a loaded prelim card that features a crazy amount of talent.
