Tyron Woodley replaces an injured Hector Lombard, meets Dong Hyun Kim at UFC Fight Night 48

Hector Lombard has pulled out of his UFC Fight Night 48 co-main event bout against Dong Hyun Kim with an undisclosed injury and replacing him in the bout will be Tyron Woodley.

UFC President Dana White announced the changed on early Tuesday morning.

UFC Fight Night 49 will come from the Cotai Arena in Macao on August 23 and will be headlined by a middleweight bout as Cung Le meets Michael Bisping.

Woodley (13-3) is coming off a decision lost to Rory MacDonald at UFC 174 two weeks ago and the defeat snapped a two fight winning streak. Since entering the UFC in 2013, he has three wins and all three have been by TKO/KO.

Kim (19-2-1) is currently on a four fight winning streak and his last two wins have come by knockout. He has won a fight night bonus for his last two victories and his most recent win came in Match against John Hathaway.
