With Matt Dwyer out, Alex Garcia now meets Neil Magny at UFC Fight Night 49

Matt Dwyer has pulled out of his bout against Alex Garcia for unknown reasons and replacing Garcia will now meet Neil Magny at UFC Fight Night 49.

UFC officials announced the change on Wednesday.

UFC Fight Night 49 will come from the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma on August 23rd and will be headlined by a lightweight bout as former champion Benson Henderson meets Rafael dos Anjos.

Magny (11-3) has won three fights in a row and two of those wins have come by decision. His most recent win came last month at UFC Fight Night 43 as he defeated Rodrigo de Lima by TKO in the second round.

Garcia (12-1) was signed by the UFC last year and has won both of his fights in the promotion. His most recent win came in March as he defeated Sean Spencer by split decision at UFC 171.
