World Series of Fighting 12 took place this past Saturday night at The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas on NBCSN and was headlined by Luis Palomino defeating Lewis Gonzalez in the first round.
According to Nielsen sources, the preliminary overnight ratings for the World Series of Fighting 12 event reached 206,000 total viewers, which is down 43 percent from the previous World Series of Fighting event to air on NBCSN in June.
This is the lowest event for the promotion in 2014 as the previous low came in January at 212,000 viewers for World Series of Fighting 8. With the viewership from Saturday, the World Series of Fighting average viewership in the preliminary ratings in 2014 is 256,000 on NBCSN.
When it came to the competition, the World Series of Fighting card went up against NFL Football on NFL Network, various MLB games, and boxing on Showtime.
