A welterweight bout is the latest addition to the UFC on FOX 13 card on December 13th as Ben Saunders will look for his second straight victory as he meets Joe Riggs.
The fight booking was announced by the UFC on Monday evening.
UFC on FOX 13 will come from the US Airways Center in Phoenix, Arizona and will be headlined by a heavyweight bout as former UFC champion Junior dos Santos meets Stipe Miocic.
Saunders (17-6-2) returned to the UFC in August and submitted Chris Heatherly to win a performace of the night bonus. He has won four of his last five fights and three of those wins have come by stoppage.
Riggs (40-14, 1NC) was recently signed by the UFC after he was released from his Bellator contract. He was scheduled to return in September, but he suffered a gun injury at his home that forced him to pull out of the event.
