Jimi Manuwa out of UFC Fight Night 56 with a broken foot, Ovince St. Preux steps up to face Shogun Rua

Jimi Manuwa has been forced to pull out of his UFC Fight Night 56 bout against Mauricio “Shogun” Rua with a broken foot and replacing Manuwa in the bout will be Ovince St. Preux. UFC Fight Night 56

UFC President Dana White announced the change on Wednesday.

UFC Fight Night 56 will come from the Ginasio Municipal Tancredo Neves in Uberlandia, Minas Gerais, Brazil on November 8th and the event will air on Fox Sports 1.

St. Preux was already scheduled to be on this card as he was booked to face Francimar Barroso in the co-main event of the fight card. With St. Preux being elevated from the card, Barroso will no longer be on the fight card. The new co-main event of the fight card will be a flyweight bout as Ian McCall meets John Lineker.
