It was announced on Friday night that Mike Richman will have his second fight in the Bellator bantamweight division on November 15th at Bellator 131 as he meets Ultimate Fighter alum Nam Phan.
Prior to the fight booking against Phan being announced, Richman was a guest on The MMA Report Live to discuss his recent move to bantamweight.
In addition, he talked about the changes in his nutrition since moving to bantamweight, if he had any regrets in waiting this long to drop to bantamweight, and the new regime in Bellator.
