A recently reported featherweight bout is now official as Charles Rosa will meet Sean Soriano at UFC Fight Night 59 on January 18th in Boston.
The fight booking was made official by the UFC on Wednesday.
UFC Fight Night 59 will come from the TD Garden in Boston on January 18th and will be headlined by a featherweight bout as Conor McGregor meets Dennis Siver.
Rosa (9-1) stepped up on short notice to face Dennis Siver at UFC Fight Night 53 in his promotional debut and lost by unanimous decision. Prior to entering the UFC, all of his wins came by stoppage with six of them coming by submission.
Soriano (8-2) has lost both of his fights in the UFC with the defeats coming against Tatsuya Kawajiri and Chas Skelly. Before he signed with the UFC, the Blackzilian product was 8-0 with six of the wins coming by stoppage.
