A class action lawsuit was file on Tuesday in San Jose, California against Zuffa, LLC and the plaintiffs in the suit are fighter Jon Fitch, Cung Le, and Nate Quarry. The complaint of the lawsuit can be read here and the complete audio of today’s conference call announcing the lawsuit is below.
UPDATE: The UFC has responded to the news of this lawsuit in a statement released on their website and the complete statement is below.
“The UFC is aware of the action filed today but has not been served, nor has it had the opportunity to review the document,” the statement said. “The UFC will vigorously defend itself and its business practices.”
