A welterweight bout has been added to UFC Fight Night 61 on February 22nd in Brazil as William Patolino meets Matt Dwyer.
The fight booking was announced by the UFC on Thursday evening.
UFC Fight Night 61 will come from the Gigantinho Gymnasium in Porto Alegre, Brazil and will be headlined by a light heavyweight bout as Glover Teixeira faces former champion Rashad Evans.
Patolino (7-2) was a finalist during The Ultimate Fighter Brazil II and has gone 1-2 in his three official UFC bouts. His last appearance in the octagon came in October as he was defeated by Neil Magny.
Dwyer (7-2) was signed by the UFC earlier this year and lost his debut to Albert Tumenov at UFC Fight Night 54 in October. The defeat snapped a five fight winning streak and all of his wins have come by TKO/KO.
