Bellator 132 draws 767k viewers in preliminary ratings, peaks at 1.2 million

Bellator 132 took place on Friday night at the Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, California and the card was headlined by Patricio Pitbull retaining the Bellator featherweight title with a submission victory over Daniel Straus in the fourth round.

According to Nielsen sources, Bellator 132’s preliminary live viewership landed at 767,000 total viewers and the peak of the broadcast came at 11:21 p.m. ET during the main event with 1.2 million viewers.

Overall, the main event title fight between Pitbull and Straus average 1.1 million viewers (10:52-11:25 p.m. ET) and the peak number came at the end of the fight.

This fight card marked the first event for Bellator 132 in 2015 and their average in the preliminary ratings during the recently completed season eleven was 727,000 viewers. It should be noted that during the nine fight cards in season eleven, only three of the events average more than 700,000 viewers.
