Bellator will be returning to Temecula, California in May and the fight card has three new fights with the matchups being Eduardo Dantas vs. Mike Richman, Virgil Zwicker vs. Razak Al-Hassan, and Fernando Gonzalez vs. Curtis Millender.
The fight bookings were announced by Bellator on Tuesday afternoon.
Bellator 137 will come from the Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, California on May 15th and will be headlined by Brandon Halsey defending the middleweight title against Kendall Grove.
Dantas (16-4) lost the Bellator bantamweight title in October when he lost a decision to Warren in the main event of Bellator 128. It was his first defeat to take place in the Bellator cage and he is 6-2 in his last eight fights. Richman (18-5) has won back to back fights since dropping down to the bantamweight division and both of the victories have come by knockout in the first round. His most recent victory came at Bellator 131 last month as he stopped Nam Phan in 46 seconds.
Zwicker (13-4-1) made his Bellator debut in 2013 and has gone 2-1-1 in the promotion. His most recent fight came in January as he defeated Houston Alexander by split decision. Al-Hassan (12-4) has won five of his last seven fights since his exit from the UFC. This will be his first fight since March of 2013, which was a submission victory against Tim Chemelli.
Gonzalez (23-13) has won three in a row and all of those wins came in Bellator. Two of his three wins in the promotion have come by decision and his most recent win came in January against Marius Zaromskis. Millender (7-1) lost his Bellator debut in February as he was submitted by Brennan Ward. Prior to coming to Bellator, all of his fights came in the state of California and five of his seven wins have come by decision.

Both Dantas and Richman are extremely exciting fighters who are undeniable standouts in a bantamweight division with a lot of depth.”
