Featherweight Freddy Assuncao is returning to Titan FC as he has signed an exclusive multi-fight deal with the promotion.
Titan FC CEO Jeff Aronson confirmed the signing to The MMA Report on Monday.
Assuncao (9-1) previously competed in the Titan FC cage in 2012 as he defeated Andrew Carrillo by TKO at Titan FC 23. His most recent fight took place in the World Series of Fighting last year as he defeated Brenson Hansen by split decision to score his eighth straight victory.
According to Aronson, Assuncao is expected to step into the Titan FC cage later this year and the next Titan FC event is targeted to take place in Montreal.
