An undisclosed injury has forced Erik Koch to pull out of his UFC on FOX 16 bout against Ramsey Nijem and replacing Koch in the bout will be UFC newcomer Andrew Holbrook.
UFC officials announced the new fight booking on Monday.
UFC on FOX 16 will come from the United Center in Chicago, Illinois on July 25 and will be headlined a title rematch as T.J. Dillashaw defends the bantamweight title against former champion Renan Barao.
Holbrook (9-0) made his pro debut in 2012 and all of his wins have come by submission. His most recent win came in March as he defeated Ramico Blackmon by guillotine choke in the first round. Nijem (9-5) is coming off a defeat to Carlos Diego Ferreira at UFC 177 and this snapped a two fight winning streak. He is 5-4 since entering the UFC through The Ultimate Fighter and he holds a TKO victory over Beneil Dariush.
