A heavyweight bout has been added to the UFC Fight Night 72 card on July 18 in Scotland as Konstantin Erokhin will meet Daniel Omielanczuk.
The fight booking was made official by the UFC today.
UFC Fight Night 72 will come from the SSE Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland on July 18 and will be headlined by a middleweight bout as Michael Bisping meets Thales Leites.
Erokhin (9-2) lost his UFC debut in January when he lost a decision to Viktor Pesta at UFC on FOX 14. The defeat snapped a nine fight winning streak and eight of his wins have come by TKO/KO. Omielanczuk (16-5-1, 1NC) has dropped back to back fights after winning his UFC debut in 2013 against Nandor Guelmino. His most recent defeat came in April when he lost a decision against Anthony Hamilton.
