Four new fights have been added to March’s CES MMA 33 in Rhode Island with the new fights being Greg Rebello vs. Keith Bell, Juliano Coutinho vs. Chaz Morgan, Nate Andrews vs. Julian Lane and Joe Pingitore vs. Taylor Trahan.
The fight bookings were announced by CES MMA on Friday.
CES MMA 33 will come from the Twin River Casino in Lincoln, Rhode Island and will be headlined by a title fight as Andre Soukhamthath and Kody Nordby will battle for the inaugural CES MMA bantamweight title.
Rebello (19-6) is currently on a three fight winning streak and his last two wins have come by TKO/KO. His most recent win came at CES MMA 31 in October as he defeated Mike Mucitelli by knockout in the first round. Bell (6-6-1) will also enter this fight following a knockout win as he defeated Nathan Bryant in January. The victory snapped a three fight losing streak and all of his wins have come by stoppage.
Coutinho (6-2) enters this fight card following a lost at WSOF 20 against Steve Mocco. The defeat snapped a six fight winning streak and five of his six wins have come by stoppage. Morgan (9-1) suffered his first career defeat in August as he lost to current UFC light heavyweight Alex Nicholson by TKO at Island Fights 34. Prior to that fight, seven of his nine wins had come by TKO/KO in the first round.
Andrews (7-1) will be competing in the CES MMA cage for the seventh time and he is coming off a TKO win at CES MMA 29 against Jay Bakanowski. All of his wins have come by stoppage and four of them have come by TKO/KO. Lane (9-5-1) is the former CES MMA lightweight champion and he enters this fight with back to back defeats. Both of those losses have come by decision and his last win came at CES MMA 27 against Lucas Cruz.
Pingitore (5-2-1) has gone unbeaten in the CES MMA cage (3-0-1) and is coming off a decision win at CES MMA 29 against James Grant Murrin. Three of his five wins have come by decision and both of his defeats have come by submission. Trahan (5-5) has lost four in a row and the last two defeats have come in CES MMA. His most recent defeat came in January as he was submitted by Kyle Bochniak.
