Bellator 149 will take place on Friday night in Houston, Texas and the main card on Spike will feature a rematch in the light heavyweight division as former champion Emanuel Newton looks to get his second victory against Linton Vassell.
The first meeting between the 205 pound fights came in 2014 at Bellator 130 when Newton was the Bellator champion. The fight would end at the 47 second mark of the final round as Newton submitted Vassell and this is the second latest stoppage in Bellator title fight history.
