The featured preliminary bout of tomorrow’s CES MMA 34 card in Connecticut will be a flyweight bout between undefeated prospects as Carlos Candelario meets Luay Ashkar.
Candelario (2-0) is coming off a win inside the CES MMA cage against Jesse Gutierrez and during Tuesday’s edition of “The MMA Report Podcast,” he talked about his fight tomorrow night against Ashkar and explained what he has learned from Bellator vet Matt Bessette.
“He is helping me a lot in just becoming a fighter,” Candelario stated. “I was always before never really believing in myself and he has just been really helping me out pretty much every day. A lot in my sparring and training. I really appreciate the guy. He is showing me a lot of things I should know about the MMA game.”
