The vacant Valor Fights amateur featherweight title will be on the line Friday night in Knoxville, Tennessee as David Mang will meet Dylan DeAngelo in the fight card coming from the Knoxville Civic Coliseum.
Mang (1-1) is coming off a submission win against Ryan McVay at Valor Fights 31 in February and he was a guest on this past Thursday’s edition of “The MMA Report Podcast.” Along with previewing his fight on Friday night, Mang talked about how he wants fans to think of him.
“I want to finish every single fight so I want to make my fights as exciting as possible for the fans and it’s good for the sport,” Mang said. “Nobody wants to see two guys grappling or hugging on each other the whole time. Just clinching so I definitely want to finish all of my fights and be remember as a guy that goes in there and takes care of business.”
