Ratings Report: Episode 9 of TUF 23 draws 409k viewers in preliminary ratings

The ninth episode of The Ultimate Fighter 23 premiered Wednesday on FS1 and the show featured Kate Jackson moving into the semifinals of the strawweight tournament with a decision victory over Ashley Yoder.

According to Nielson sources, the show drew 409,000 viewers in the preliminary ratings (Live+SD) and this is up nearly nine percent from last week’s preliminary viewership number of 376,000 viewers.

When it came to the sports competition on cable, the night was won by Part 3 of the 30 for 30 series on OJ Simpson with 1.724 million viewers. Other top sports programs on Wednesday night included Part 2 of the Simpson 30 for 30 series (676,000 viewers) and MLB baseball on ESPN2 (Baltimore vs. Boston) with 417,000 viewers.

The +3 DVR viewership for Wednesday night’s episode on The Ultimate Fighter 23 will be released by Nielson on Tuesday and the complete ratings history for The Ultimate Fighter 23 is below.
