A welterweight bout has been booked for UFC Fight Night 94 on September 17 in Hidalgo, Texas as Ultimate Fighter Latin America 2 winner Erick Montano will meet Randy Brown.
The fight booking was announced by the UFC on Wednesday.
UFC Fight Night 94 will come from the State Farm Arena and will be headlined by a lightweight bout as Dustin Poirier meets Michael Johnson.
Montano (7-3) won The Ultimate Fighter Latin America 2 welterweight tournament last year with a split decision win against Enrique Marin. This will be his first fight since that victory and is currently on a three fight winning streak. Brown (7-1) suffered his first defeat in April as he was submitted by Michael Graves. Six of his seven wins have come by stoppage and four of those wins have come by TKO/KO.
