Reza Madadi has pulled out of his UFC Fight Night 93 bout against Rustam Khabilov due to undisclosed reasons and stepping up to replace Madadi in the bout will be Leandro Silva.
The fight change was announced by the UFC on Monday.
UFC Fight Night 93 will come from the Barclaycard Arena in Hamburg, Germany on September 3 and will be headlined by a heavyweight bout as Andrei Arlovski meets Josh Barnett.
Silva (19-4-1, 1NC) is coming off a split decision defeat against Jason Saggo at UFC Fight Night 89 in June and the defeat snapped a four fight unbeaten streak. Since entering the UFC in 2014, Silva has gone 3-2, 1NC and two of those wins have come by decision. Khabilov (19-3) has gone 5-2 in the UFC since entering the promotion in 2012 and he enters this fight with back to back victories. His most recent win came in May as he defeated Chris Wade by unanimous decision.
