Dalton Fox talks about changes he has made in training leading up to Saturday’s Valor Fights 36

Coming up on Saturday night at Valor Fights 36, Dalton Fox will look for his first professional victory when he meets Nick Baker in a lightweight bout on the fight card coming from the Gatlinburg Convention Center in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

Fox (0-2, 1NC) made his professional debut at the beginning of 2015 and he enters this fight following a submission defeat against Sawyer Rich at Valor Fights 34 in June. Since that defeat, Fox has made some changes including training at several gyms including Knoxville Martial Arts Academy.

“Working and training. That’s about it. Taken care of my family,” Fox said about what has been going on with him since his last fight. “Look forward to get back in the cage. That is something I love to do and something I enjoy doing. I have joined a new gym. I joined KMMA. I have joined Johnson City. I went and cross trained with a bunch of gyms to try to get my ground game a lot better so everybody will quit taking me down and submitting me.”
