UFC 202 Medical Suspensions: Conor McGregor facing a potential six month suspension

The medical suspensions for UFC 202 have been released by the Nevada Athletic Commission and Conor McGregor is among the fighters facing a potential six month suspension.

The commission released the medical suspensions on Monday and the suspensions were forwarded to TheMMAReport.com after they were requested.

UFC 202 took place this past Saturday night at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas and was headlined by McGregor defeating Nate Diaz by majority decision.

The complete UFC 202 medical suspensions are below:

  • Conor McGregor: Needs left foot/ankle fracture cleared by an Orthopedic Dr. or no contest until 02/17/17; minimum suspension until 10/20/16 and no contact until 10/05/16.
  • Nate Diaz: Suspended until 09/20/16 and no contact until 09/11/16 (Left eyebrow cut).
  • Glover Teixeira: Suspended until 11/19/16 and no contact until 10/20/16.
  • Rick Story: Suspended until 10/05/16 and no contact until 09/20/16.
  • Hyun Gyu Lim: Suspended until 10/05/16 and no contact until 09/20/16.
  • Sabah Homasi: Suspended until 10/20/16 and no contact until 10/05/16.
  • Takeya Mizugaki: Suspended until 10/05/16 and no contact until 09/20/16.
  • Chris Avila: Suspend until 09/20/16 and no contact until 09/11/16 (Left leg pain).
  • Artem Lobov: Must have right leg & ankle x-rayed; if positive then must have orthopedic Dr. clearance or no contest until 02/17/17.
  • Lorenz Larkin: Suspended until 10/05/16 and no contact until 09/20/16 (left eyebrow & shin lacerations).
  • Neil Magny: Must have left leg x-rayed; if positive then must have orthopedic Dr clearance or no contest until 02/17/17. Minimum suspension until 09/20/16 – no contact until 09/11/16.
  • Max Griffin: Suspended until 10/20/16 and no contact until 10/05/16.
  • Marvin Vettori: Suspended until 10/05/16 and no contact until 09/20/16 (Left eyebrow laceration).
