The opening matchup of tonight’s Bellator 181 main card on Spike will be a bantamweight bout as Joe Warren will look to get back into title contention when he meets Steve Garcia on the fight card coming from the WinStar World Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma.
Warren (14-6) is coming off a majority decision lost against bantamweight champion Eduardo Dantas in December at Bellator 166 and he has alternated wins and losses in his last six fights.
During this week’s episode of “The MMA Report Podcast,” Warren was a guest on the podcast to preview his fight against Garcia and stated that “this old man has figured out some footwork.”
