Jon Jones is facing a potential anti-policy violation due to an in-competition drug test following the UFC 214 weigh-ins last month and Jason gives his take on this situation on this week’s episode of The MMA Report Podcast.

Along with discussing the potential suspension for Jones, Jason talks about the annual Association of Boxing Commissions and Combative Sports meeting took place at the end of last month. He tells you some of the key points that came out of this meeting including USADA suspensions now being posted in the MMA database.

After discussing the notable items from that meeting, Jason is joined by Brian Edwards (32:06) to discuss the betting side of Saturday’s boxing match in Las Vegas between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor. Along with discussing various betting aspects of the fight, Brian talks about betting lines for future UFC fights and the upcoming college football season.

Up next is UFC featherweight Rick Glenn (1:00:47), who will be returning to the UFC octagon on September 9 at UFC 215 as he will meet Gavin Tucker. Glenn talks about his decision to leave Milwaukee for Team Alpha Male in California, his thoughts on Tucker as an opponent, and how he sees the victory coming next month in Edmonton.

Then in the final interview of this week’s podcast, Jason is joined by Bellator middleweight Kevin Casey (1:15:32) to preview his matchup on Friday night in New York at Bellator 182 against Chris Honeycutt. Casey talks about his Bellator debut earlier this year, looking to rebound at Bellator 182, and dealing with negative responses from fans on social media.
