The next Monster Energy Bellator MMA Fight Series event will take place tomorrow at the Talladega Superspeedway in Talladega, Alabama and the fight card is now set following today’s weigh-ins.
The four fight card is scheduled to begin tomorrow night at 8:30 p.m. CT at the Monster Energy Fan Zone in the Talladega Infield, immediately following the track’s “Big One on the Blvd” parade and party. Talladega Infield access is required for admission and prior to the fights beginning, fans will have an opportunity to meet Bellator fighters Roy Nelson and Michael Chandler from 3-4 p.m. CT at the Monster Energy Fan Zone in the Talladega Fan Zone.
The fight card will mark the first time in this fight series short history that the fighters will step into the Bellator cage after sunset and the event will be headlined by a matchup of lightweight prospects as Omar Johnson (157.8 lbs) will look to bounce back from a defeat at Bellator 162 when he meets Jonathan Pearce (156.6 lbs).
