UFC 219’s Rick Glenn on spending time at UFC Performance Institute and facing Myles Jury on Saturday

UFC 219 will take place on Saturday night in Las Vegas and the preliminary card on FS1 will see a featherweight bout as Rick Glenn will look for his third straight victory when he meets Myles Jury in a featherweight bout.

Glenn (20-4-1) was signed by the UFC last year and lost a decision against Evan Dunham in a lightweight bout at UFC Fight Night 94. Following that matchup, he returned to the featherweight division and has scored decision victories against Phillipe Nover and Gavin Tucker.

During last week’s podcast, Glenn was a guest on the show to preview his fight against Jury. Along with previewing his fight on Saturday, he talked about his victory over Tucker and spending some time at the UFC Performance Institute.

“I am glad you brought that up,” Glenn said on The MMA Report Podcast about spending the start of his training camp at the UFC Performance Institute. “I did go out there at the start of my camp and did an evaluation. They did a ton of test and everything is really good. It was kind of a reassurance saying that I am doing what I need to be doing. There were a couple of little tweeks that I added, but nothing major really. It’s quite the facility.”
