Donald Cerrone: “You want to see fireworks? It’s going down”

The c0-main event on Saturday night at UFC 150 will be in the lightweight division as former teammates collide with Donald Cerrone fighting in his hometown against Melvin Guillard.

The two fighters use to be teammates at Jackson’s MMA in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Guillard left the team prior to his UFC on FX bout in January against Jim Miller and joined the Blackzilians in South Florida.

During the UFC 150 conference call, Guillard said he was offered the fight against Cerrone while on the golf course. After getting offered the fight, he called Cerrone to see what his feeling were on the fight.

The fighters are friends, but they know this is a business.

Guillard has said that he plans to knockout Cerrone. On the other hand, Cerrone says this fight will not effect their friendship, but fireworks are going to happen.
