The UFC just announced last night that UFC on FOX 5 will be taking place in Seattle at KeyArena and a lightweight fight has been added to the fight card.

This fight will take place on the preliminary card, which is scheduled to be broadcasted on FUEL TV.
Nijem (6-2) was a contestant on “The Ultimate Fighter” season 13 and lost in the welterweight final to Tony Ferguson. After the fight, he dropped down to lightweight and has won two straight fights.
His most recent bout came at UFC on FX 4 in late June and he defeated C.J. Keith by knockout in the first round. The victory was his first knockout victory in over two years and was his second career victory by knockout.
Proctor (8-1) was a contestant on the last season of “The Ultimate Fighter” and made his official UFC debut at the finale.
He defeated Jeremy Larsen at the live finale by TKO in the first round and it was his first career victory by TKO. Prior to entering the UFC, four of his last six victories were by submission.
UFC on FOX 5 takes place from Seattle’s KeyArena on December 8th and will be headlined by Benson Henderson defending the UFC lightweight title against Nate Diaz.
