Another fight is complete at UFC 150 from the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado and another fight ends with a stoppage.
Dennis Bermudez (9-4) submitted Tommy Hayden in the first round with a guillotine choke after he was in danger of being submitted earlier in the round.
Hayden caught Bermudez with a knee earlier in the round, which the former Ultimate Fighter finalist did not remember. Hayden (8-2) looked for a rear-naked choke, but Bermudez was able to escape and make it back to his feet.
Bermudez ended up hurting his opponent with a strike and landed a standing guillotine choke and Hayden was forced to tap. Since losing in the Ultimate Figher Final, Bermudez has won two in a row and the other win came against Pablo Garza.
