UFC President Dana White announced nearly two weeks ago that UFC 151 was cancelled after Dan Henderson suffered an injury and Jon Jones turned down a fight against Chael Sonnen.
White was animated about the situation during the conference call in which he announced the cancellation and has no regrets over the comments he made.
Along with having no regrets for what he said, he believes that Jones does not deserve sole responsibility for the card being cancelled.
He believes that Henderson also deserves blame for what happened since he knew two weeks before he told the UFC that he was injured.
“Dan Henderson knew two weeks before the fight,” White said. “Two weeks before he told me he was injured, he knew. If he would have given me that two weeks, like he should of, this fight may have happened.”
