A featherweight bout between former title contender Chad Mendes and Hacran Dias is reportedly set to take place at UFC on FX 6 on December 14th in Australia.
The report of the fight was initially reported by SporTV in Brazil and several other MMA media outlets are reporting the fight.
Mendes (12-1) challenged current UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo for the title earlier this year, but was defeated in the first round by knockout.
He returned to the octagon in July at UFC 148 and scored a knockout victory over Cody McKenzie by knockout in 31 seconds.
Dias (21-1-1) recently joined the UFC earlier this year and is currently on a nine fight winning streak. His UFC debut came at UFC 147 in Brazil and he defeated Yuri Alcantara by unanimous decision.
UFC on FX 6 takes place on December 14th at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre and will air on FX and FUEL TV.
