Rampage Jackson says he is fighting Glover Teixeira at UFC on FOX 6

Quinton “Rampage” Jackson was scheduled to face Glover Teixeira at UFC 153 in October, but had to pull out of the fight with an injury. Now, Rampage says the fight has been rescheduled for UFC on FOX 6 on January 26th.

The UFC has not officially announced the fight, but it’s expected to be officially announced by the UFC shortly.

Jackson (32-10) is currently on a two fight losing streak and only has one fight left on his UFC contract. The former UFC light heavyweight champion is expected to leave the UFC after this fight and has talked about wanting to fight Teixeira.

Teixeira (19-2) has won his last 17 fights and has started his UFC career with back to back victories. His UFC debut came at UFC 146 against Kule Kingsbury, which was a submission victory in the first round and is coming off a TKO victory at UFC 153 against Fabio Maldonado.

UFC on FOX 6 takes place on January 26th from the United Center in Chicago and will be headlined by Demetrious Johnson defending the UFC flyweight title for the first time against John Dodson.
