According to multiple sources including MMANYTT out of Sweden and Cage Warriors Press Manager, Paul Dollery, the UFC has apparently come to terms with Cage Warriors two-division champion Conor “Notorious” McGregor.
Although, McGregor’s management did not immediately confirm/deny the agreement and the UFC has not confirmed the bout at this time.
McGregor (12-2), who fights out of the SBG Ireland camp will be making his much anticipated featherweight debut at the UFC on FUEL TV 9.
He will be facing off against TUF alumni, Marcus Brimage (6-1), who is currently riding a three-fight UFC win streak. McGregor’s is currently riding a eight-fight win streak himself and he looks to add a 12th knockout to his resume.
UFC on FUEL TV 9 takes place on April 6th from the Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm, Sweden and will be headlined by Alexander Gustafsson meeting Gegard Mousasi in a five round light heavyweight bout.
