Bellator 92 on March 7th was supposed to be headlined by the season seven lightweight final, but an injury to Marcin Held has forced the fight to be delayed.
With the tournament final being off the card, the main card on Spike TV will now see both of the featherweight tournament semifinals and one of the middleweight tournament semifinal bouts.
Bellator MMA Chairman and CEO Bjorn Rebney announced the fights on Twitter as Marlon Sandro faces Frodo Khasbalaev and Alexandre Bezerra meets Mike Richman in the featherweight tournament semifinal. The one middleweight tournament bout that will be on the card will be former WEC champion Doug Marshall meeting Sultan Aliev.
Bellator 92 takes place on March 7th from the Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula, California and the preliminary card will begin at 8 p.m. ET on Spike.com with the main card beginning at 10 p.m. ET on Spike TV. Bellator is expected announce the full fight card in the next couple of days.
