According to Dana White, the UFC is heading back to Boston for the innagural UFC on Fox Sports 1 card on Saturday, August 17th, at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts.

The last time the UFC was in Boston was for UFC 118, which featured Frankie Edgar vs. B.J. Penn 2 and UFC Hall of Fame Inductee Randy Couture vs. Boxing Champion James Toney. The event did quite well amassing a live attendance of 14,169 and a paid-gate of just over $2.8 million dollars.
As of this time, the UFC has not made any formal announcements on the fight-card, but judging by Dana White’s tweet and this being an inaugural show on Fox Sports 1 the card is sure to be packed.
