Bellator returns to WinStar World Casino in Oklahoma on June 19th

Bellator MMA recently wrapped up its eighth season and the organization will return in June for the beginning of the Summer Series. Bellator 96

According to the WinStar World Casino website, Bellator will return to Thackerville, Oklahoma on Wednesday, June 19th and Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal will be on the card.

Bellator has not officially announced this fight card and an official announcement should take place in the near future.

During season eight, Bellator fight cards were on Thursday nights and it’s not known at this time if Bellator is permanently moving to Wednesday nights.

Tickets are scheduled to go on sale tomorrow at 10 a.m. CT on Ticketmaster and can be purchased by phone at 1-800-745-3000 with ticket prices being $75, $55 and $45.

This will be Bellator’s second trip to the WinStar World Casino in 2013 as Bellator 86 was held at the casino back in January. On that fight card, Ben Askren defeated Karl Amoussou to retain the Bellator welterweight title and King Mo defeated Przemyslaw Mysiala in the co-main event.

With King Mo on the fight card, this means the card coming from the WinStar World Resort Casino will feature the next light heavyweight tournament. Bellator has previously announced that all of the tournaments that take place in the Summer Series will be four man tournaments and King Mo has been the only fighter announced to be in a tournament.
