UFC 161 will take place on June 15th from the MTS Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and the organization has announced that tickets will go on sale next week.
Along with tickets going on sale next week, the UFC will have a press conference on Wednesday, April 10th in Winnipeg at The Met, which will be open to the public.
The press conference will be attended by UFC President Dana White, UFC Director of Operations: Canada, Australia and New Zealand Tom Wright, interim bantamweight champion Renan Barao and Eddie Wineland.
Tickets for UFC 161: Barao vs. Wineland go on sale Friday, April 12 at 11 a.m. ET and are priced at $500, $350, $250, $150, $90 and $50. Tickets will be available at the MTS Centre box office, at all Ticketmaster outlets, charge by phone at 1.855.985.5000 or online at www.ticketmaster.ca
UFC Fight Club members will have the opportunity to purchase tickets to this event on Wednesday, April 10 at 11 a.m. ET via the website ufcfightclub.com. A special Internet ticket pre-sale will be available to UFC newsletter subscribers on Thursday, April 11, starting at 11 a.m. ET. To access this presale, users must register for the UFC newsletter through UFC.com.
