Fox Sports 1 will debut in 100 days on August 17th and Fox Sports has announced the programming lineup for the first day of the network.
The UFC coverage on that day will begin at 3:30 p.m. ET with an episode of UFC Ultimate Insider followed by UFC Unleashed.
The live UFC programming on Fox Sports 1 will begin at 5 p.m. ET with UFC Tonight and will then be followed by the preliminary card and main card of UFC on Fox Sports 1 coming from TD Bank Garden in Boston.
“We’ve been working for months now, but a lot has come together in the time since we officially unveiled our plans for the launch of FOX Sports 1 in March,” said Eric Shanks, FOX Sports’ Co-President and COO. “The programming schedule has been solidified, and we really come out of the gate incredibly strong from Day 1.”
Along with announcing the lineup for the debut of the cable network, Fox Sports also announced that the UFC will have live fight cards on August 28th and September 4th. Venues and locations were not announced for those fight cards.
