The next UFC event will take place on May 18th in Brazil as UFC on FX 8 will take place from the Arena Jaragua in Jaragua do Sul, Santa Catarina, Brazil and the preliminary card will be shown on FUEL TV and Facebook.
The preliminary card will begin at 4:30 p.m. ET/1:30 p.m. PT on the UFC Facebook page with three fights and the prelims will move over to FUEL TV at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT with six fights and be headlined by a featherweight bout as Hacran Dias (21-1-1) meets Nik Lentz (23-5-2, 1NC).
The main card broadcast will begin at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT and will be headlined by a five round middleweight bout as Vitor Belfort (22-10) meets Strikeforce middleweight champion Luke Rockhold (10-1) and the winner of the fight could be looking at getting a title shot in their next fight.
