A lightweight bout has officially been added to UFC 165 on September 21st in Toronto as Ultimate Fighter alums will meet as Myles Jury faces Mike Ricci.
UFC officials announced the fight on Monday and they did not announce if the fight will be placed on the main or preliminary card.
UFC 165 takes place on September 21st from the Air Canada Centre in Toronto and will be headlined by Jon Jones defending the UFC light heavyweight title against Alexander Gustafsson.
Jury (12-0) had two stints on the Ultimate Fighter with his first stint coming in season 13 but a knee injury forced him off the show. He returned during season 15 and his official debut came at the TUF 15 Finale against Chris Saunders and won the fight in the first round by submission. Since making his debut, he has defeated Michael Johnson by decision at UFC 155 and Ramsey Nijem by knockout at UFC on FOX 7.
Ricci (8-3) was a finalist during The Ultimate Fighter 16 as a welterweight and dropped down to the lightweight division in his next fight at UFC 158 against Colin Fletcher. He defeated Fletcher by decision and it was his fourth straight fight that has gone the distance.
