A lightweight bout has been added to UFC on FS1 #1 in Boston on August 17th as Ultimate Fighter alums meet with Ramsey Nijem facing James Vick. 
UFC officials announced the fight booking late last night and the bout will take place on the preliminary card.
UFC on FS1 #1 takes place from the TD Garden in Boston and will be headlined by a five round heavyweight bout as former champion Mauricio “Shogun” Rua faces Chael Sonnen.
Nijem (7-3) was a finalist in The Ultimate Fighter 13 and has won three of his last four fights since losing in the final of the reality show to Tony Ferguson. After winning three in a row, he was defeated by Myles Jury at UFC on FOX 7 by knockout and both of his UFC defeats have come by knockout.
Vick (4-0) was a member of Team Faber in The Ultimate Fighter 15 and made it to the semifinals before losing to Michael Chiesa. He was scheduled to appear at the finale, but he was pulled from the card. This fight will be his official UFC debut and three of his four career wins are in the first round.
Tickets for UFC on FS1 #1 are expected to go on sale next week and the UFC has not released details on ticket prices at this time.
