A welterweight bout has been added to UFC Fight Night in Brazil on September 4th as Kenny Robertson will meet Joao Zeferino.
UFC officials confirmed the fight booking on Monday and the bout will take place on the preliminary card.
UFC Fight Night: Teixeira vs. Bader will come from Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil on September 4th and will be headlined by a five round light heavyweight bout as Glover Teixeira facing Ryan Bader.
Robertson (12-3) is currently in his second stint with the UFC and has gone 1-2 since coming back to the promotion. He won the submission of the night bonus at UFC 157 over Brock Jardine and was defeated by Sean Pierson at UFC 161 which he lost by majority decision.
Zeferino (13-5) made his UFC debut earlier this year as a middleweight and was defeated by Rafael Natal at UFC on FX 8 by unanimous decision. The defeat snapped a seven fight winning streak and five of those victories came by stoppage.
