Mitch Gagnon vs. Dustin Kimura added to UFC 165

A bantamweight bout has been added to UFC 165 in Toronto on September 21st as Mitch Gagnon will face Dustin Kimura.

UFC officials announced the fight booking on Wednesday evening and the fight will take place on the preliminary card.

UFC 165 takes place from the Air Canada Centre in Toronto on September 21st and will be headlined by Jon Jones defending the UFC light heavyweight title against Alexander Gustafsson.

Gagnon (9-2) made his UFC debut last year against Bryan Caraway at UFC 149 and was defeated in the third round by submission. The fight won the fight of the night bonus and he returned to the UFC at UFC 152 which he defeated Walel Watson by first round submission.

Kimura (10-0) entered the UFC at the beginning of the year and won his debut against Chico Camus by rear-naked choke submission. It was his sixth straight win by stoppage and four of those wins have come by submission.
